WIP:Hookshot is coming along

Stringing together placeholder animations hasn’t been to much of a time sink. It’s just a cut apart “on fire” flailing animation but works for getting grabbed. The state to start it is a little de-synced but mechanically the grab feels responsive. I think adding environmental objects to throw will be really satisfying.
